November 1, 2021 - The new District 5 representative is seated on the Goldsboro City Council. Monday evening, Charles P. Gaylor, IV was sworn in to office. Charles' father, The Honorable Charles P. Gaylor, III presided over the swearing in, and his wife, Sarah, held the bible.
